What is a Past Life Regression?
Past Life Regression is a technique for remembering past lifetimes. It is a form of hypnosis. Through deep relaxation and guided imagery, clients are guided into memories of other lifetimes, lives which usually contain important information for them right now. Sessions are conducted in a safe, gentle, nurturing and relaxing environment, and are usually 2 hours in length.
What are the Benefits?
Clients typically experience 2 – 3 lifetimes in depth which shed a great deal of light on present life issues and relationships. Sometimes the memories will support a new trend that the person is considering embarking upon in their life. For example, if a person is considering a career in the healing arts or as an artist, they may remember lives when they develop these skills highly. They may be opening to deeper spiritual interests and find that they remember 2 – 3 significant lives as a spiritual seeker. Thus, one of the primary benefits is: support for a new present life trend or interest
More Benefits of Regression
For the majority of people who experience a past life regression, the single most significant benefit is the opportunity to bring up and to heal past life wounds that are still influencing the present lifetime. Often traumatic experiences from other incarnations remain locked in the mental, emotional and physical body, creating fears, limitations, emotional and physical disturbances that hinder one’s ability to experience the full potential of this lifetime.
Remembering past trauma with a qualified and experienced regressionist can help to resolve and to release it permanently
C. Claughton from Seattle, WA, had trouble getting herself to eat. After her regression, where she relived a traumatic life with her present mother she wrote to say:
“I’m eating again! I mean cooking more with recipes and caring more about how and what I eat! It’s unbelievable! I feel lighter, and I definitely can tell that progress was made.”
Dyan W-O wrote: “With you, because I trusted you, I started doing past life regressions and that opened a whole new world to me. I started reading and studying regressions…and to this day I’ll do a regression if I need answers.”
Remembering the past can help to understand and to resolve present relationship challenges, or just shed light on meaningful relationships in our lives.
